No appraisal no hikes in salary, total full of politics Managements are targeting particularly people and changing their work location. Manager is not approving attendance even if you have worked on that day , he applied LWP if you worked from home for anyday without inform.

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.

Worklife balance is good also have opportunities to develop the new skills.

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect
