Job security and work environment are excellent,and your appraisal and salary totally depend upon your hard work,if you work hard and upgrade your knowledge as much you can you will get opurturtunities and gud package..learning is in everytrack day by day it totally depends upon how you will take it and grab it and upgrade your knowledge.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .
