...cluding sunday. All organisations will make us do the extensive works but here..they are expecting us to work without pay...worst thing ever... I never seen a work culture like this becoz...worst management ever.

They give opportunity for the ladies who took break for their kids. Most appreciated one.

Even after I crossed 4.5yrs of exp still I'm retained in same job role and with minimum package. Whoever has joined after me even freshers where changed to next role with good hike. So appraisal and promotions are not based on their hard work it is based on the decision by leads..

No salary hikes , promotion is a big no , only those who are in the close group of the managers will get promoted/onsite/hike , etc. Worst level of Micromanagement,every work minute will be tracked and monitored thrpugh tools.

There is a job guarantee working in HCL.

...delivery managers will take all the decision. All others. are just dummy in HCL. The salary are very minimum, when compared to other IT companies.

Job security. Salary and cab benefits are good. Most TL's and some managers are friendly. Mostly flexible in terms of leaves and permissions. L&D dept is excellent. Fun activities are good.

Dislikes

I would say not good work life balance, you will be asked to work on weekends,Sometimes without Overtime compensation also. Less division of work and more centralization of work is visible. Site wise favoritism and nepotism is clearly visible. I would suggest you to be Ready for hearing some good scoldings from managers and senior managers publicly in team huddle even if u complete all your assigned tasks. You'll be questioned why not this done yesterday or today.
