Flexible hours are not flexible for the employees but for the organization. They pay scale and work will never match unless you can work your way through seniors. If you’re completing something fast you won’t be remunerated for that but be loaded with additional work.

Job security is one plus point, you have chances to move from one project to another but will not be without any job.

... work later asked to work for a month now forcing to work all 5days from office. Salary is not as per the discussion and agreement. They deduct a lot of tax. No work life balance.

Consider yourself lucky if you get a decent team to work with, especially a good manager. The managers must be given soft skill lessons before the trainees.

... culture is totally at the mercy of the manager and no set rules are adhered to. Compensation and benefits are next to nil. No promotion and poor appraisals.

...n when you see that your house hold expenses is getting higher than your income. This is the big issue with the company that company does not have any policy or system for low pay grade employee to increase their salary to get them average salary grade. Even a 30k per month pay is counted in good pay for an employee who come with a 4-5 year of experience and associated with the company for 4 years. After 4year of service I have received 3500 per month increase in gross monthly salary including one pramotion. Even pramotion does not give you guarantee of good increment in this company.
