Only what I can see good is job security but also the other factors which can push you to lose your job.

Dislikes

Promising hybrid from last August but no solution, as per then for few employees they are not doing at for so called "team chain" Less salary with a huge 3.8% hike Can not see promotion untill you are a management employee Work satisfaction was good till some time but company has ruined it well. Culture 😀, irritating management, promising to provide recognition for extra performers which was mentioned 2 months back and now there is nothing 😀.

Good Company for freshers and an excellent for learning if you are in right project

... variable correctly, even if you are hardworking and an excellent team player. They cut some percentage of your variable pay and raise your salary approximately that much only. So approximately your salary stays same for next 3 years. It is the worst part of HCL Salaries and Benefits. Before join think on this matter!!!!

It mostly depends on the project you're in and your reporting manager. 1. Flexibility in working 2. Less micromanagement 3. Job security

...ment which stagnates growth 3. Internal politics 4. No incentives and gifts 5. Low pay compared to market

Currently working as Third party waiting to become full time employee and since 3 months my Full time employee request is still pending and they keep postponing.

Dislikes

Very less appraisals and no joining bonus also growth is less compared to other companies.

It is a great apportunity for me to work in HCL as such designation. All the reporting manager are very supportive. The work make me learnt lots of things in finance. The co-workers are very loyal. We generally worked to help each other to complete work ASAP.

Dislikes

Growth in salary is very low. Some issues related to HR and managers but they ignored.
