...ry, people join HCL with the satisfaction of job security and work satisfaction. However culture here in HCL is very poor, work life balance is poor , compensation and benefits are also marginal only.

Manager here was very poor, from his knowledge and overall well being perspective. He was trying to pull his subordinates into his really of life all the time and hence he was making others life hell.

Only liked one thing that HCL provided voucher for aws certification.

...ed in offer letter also). Now this component has been brought under performance. Managers gives random rating so that employee gets less variable pay almost 30% 40%. If a manager gives good rating, the rating is decreased by HR on purpose (Confirmed by HR itself ) so that employees would be payed as much as less variable pay. There are times, when manager forgets to give you rating and in that case default rating will be 0 and employee would be payed 0% monthly variable and annual variable. Regarding certification Voucher - Need to follow up for many months to get the voucher. Weekend Work : In case if you have worked on weekend, employee does not get comp off.

While joining as experienced, they provide good hike. Medical and dental checkup.

... Made people to come back to office forcibly. 4. Very less hike in appraisals. 90 days Notice Period and they will hold ur salary for 1st month. 5. Horrible cafeteria food.

Good Company for freshers and an excellent for learning if you are in right project

... variable correctly, even if you are hardworking and an excellent team player. They cut some percentage of your variable pay and raise your salary approximately that much only. So approximately your salary stays same for next 3 years. It is the worst part of HCL Salaries and Benefits. Before join think on this matter!!!!

The most bizarre and worst company I have ever came across, no work,no salary,no growth. HR ko just favors the management at any cost,biased manager and old people with fear of loosing their jbs and upskilling themselves and also do not encourage new talent
