Need advice on HCL joining Date

I got one offer from HCL with the joining date as 28Dec 2024,I clearly told HR while accepting that my notice period will be extended till Jan 2nd Week and HR agreed. Now till today I didn't get any extension letter after multiple follow ups . Not sure what to do?

Learning is good as get to work and deal with different IT products.

Dislikes

System tracking tools is what i do not like. Such practices clearly demotivates employees and depicts that they do not trust their managers. Micromanagement brings in poor working environment amongst employees and they start disconnecting with organization!!

Work-life is sober. Luckily i got good managers
