Need advice on HCL joining Date
I got one offer from HCL with the joining date as 28Dec 2024,I clearly told HR while accepting that my notice period will be extended till Jan 2nd Week and HR agreed. Now till today I didn't get any extension letter after multiple follow ups . Not sure what to do?

Keep records of all emails, messages, and calls regarding your joining date and notice period extension request.

Follow up with HR Bro, politely but firmly reiterate your request for an extension letter. Explain that you need this document for your current employer.

@all after multiple follow ups yesterday they released the offer letter with the right date

It might help to send them a detailed email summarizing your conversations and their agreement. Have you tried that?

Same problem happened with a friend...How are you planning to ensure your joining isn’t delayed? Any backup plans?
