Nothing. Employees at Hyderabad are treated as Dogs and Donkeys. The new Business Head who has come 2 years ago is so pathetic . Last 2 years company has seen ever highest attrition but still no action. Only Brand value (others outside electrical industry thinks oh he is working for Havells but Industry people and Havells people know how bad it is to work for Havells). Lala Company. Still if someone wants to join and ruin their own happiness you're welcome to join.

...Even more worst part is BH stays at home on Saturdays but expect others to work. And the pay is sooooo bad here. For example say your package is 10Lacs. After all deductions you will get nearly 60 k which makes 7.2 L that many deductions are there. HR never tells you what are the deductions before joining while filling the joining documents. HR is just a document collector here, you can call as Clerk rather HR. Company is so arrogant as they think they are growing multifold by drinking blood of employees and I don't know how the hell company is getting Great place to work certificate in fact I have never got the form to fill up in 3 years. BH uses foul language more, F***k off before starting the conversation and in between many times and ends with the same word. I don't know what kind of ethics are maintianed by the company. Most worst company I have ever worked for.

The company policies like Care leave policy, the food and inter department culture is very nice.

Dislikes

The salary structure and the compensation process is very complex which does not help the employee like the Variable pay system in case if the employee is leaving the organisation in mid year then he or she is not eligible for the variable pay on pro data basis.

Commercial oriented Culture wise not good No L & D, No Engagement No balance life No tax saver components So many deductions Laptop security amount deduction Even after leaving the organization the deduct the premiums from FnF So much attrition On paper 5 days working but working on all 7 days 24*7

Friendly and collaborative senior leadership. Willing to give space and time for growth and career development. Always open to suggestions and able to make me feel equal irrespective of huge hierarchy difference. Wonderful and heart filling lunch at main corporate office.

Wlb, employee benefits and inflated compensation. The amount to actual take home, there is a huge difference and nobody wants to change that. Organization is not willing to spend a penny on employee training and development and lacks severe R&R for employees from support functions.
