...thin organisation. Job is secured and moslty depend upon how you are performing. Company policies are quite good as it gives you salary time to time without delaying it and also hikes are good and you can enjoy havells product at special discounts.

Dislikes

u need to be well enough to work for long hours.. and that is something i dont like.. but u have to mould acc to situation and company needs. a bit of politics on minor levels.
