Overall company calture are to good, i worked hatsun agro as sale executive Company gave a payment time to time but TA DA pay weekly I'm not happy with that because any bank can't given a loan due this type weekly payments

TEAM HANDLING, professional tax first month take, salary very low, timing not follow up commonly, only trust RSM words, if employees will resign no enquiry, highest rank employees( like GM, VP) not discuss with franchises. Etc etc. no weekly off , no holidays, company give holiday for formality but RSM never give leave and Sunday also, UNEDUCATED PEOPLE ONLY WORKING HERE I THINK,

Starting stages will be but difficult before learning about process and how to do work after that its just day to day problems while you face during production.
