Job security it's terrible you can't even predict when will they fire you in fact freshers ever lay off happened giving reason like no project

Job security is there with no doubt work culture is really good, nobody is biased. Management is average. Company policies are strict and sometimes not in the employees favor (ex. Notice period)

Pay scale has to be increased notice period must be reduced

Working as Associate software engineer at Harman Connected Service was a great experience and got to learn new things.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls on the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals efforts. And there is no on-job training for freshers

Company is not getting much projects, so most of the employees are in bench and once the bench period gets over they will be given notice period.

Dislikes

No career improvement, No salary hike, disappointed with teammates they won't help when required. Bad experience while working here.

...here. Seniors are very helpful and kind. You will learn a lot from your seniors. Salary credits on time every month. No Work pressure. We can manage work and personal life easily. They provide that much of flexibility. Your lucky if you are working in this company.
