If you have an inch of self respect, you can't work here. Recommend the job to your enemies. 10. Din me 10 baar toh madam tally band karati hai, kyun ki madam ka GST jaana hota hai. 11. Two jokers in accounts team spoiling working culture for the whole department, People leave from here in 1-2 months whoever is under these 2 jokers. 12. Employee needs to send "Daily Work Report" especially for accounts team, WHY? 13. Training here is just a gimmick, in the name of training they give 12 ppt and ask to read and learn yourself. 14. If you want to get insult on daily basis, please join the company. Many talented people have already left the organization due to this. 15. Worst working culture ever seen in my entire life. 16. No professionalism and still they deduct Profession tax, why ? 17. Accounts head cares only about GST, she even make a rule that no one can take leave during 01-10th of every month kyun ki madam ka GST jana hota hai. 18. The culture is extremely high stress with zero work-life balance. Advice to management : No advise as they cannot improve in any case. Just one thing please do not play with someone's career. People who left the organization are REALLY HAPPY now.

The Company is really very good. I have learned many thing from Hardtrac. It's a company where you can always gain confidence in yourselves the working culture is also very good. Friendly staff really had a good experience with Hardtrac Company. We are also rewarded with a good appraisal according to our performance in the company.
