The physical environment is sort of good. Some team leaders are good. Other are good on your face.

Dislikes

Salary is good but the growth is very much slow. Their teams are not on same page as in if TLs convey you to do something and then monitoring team will say that this is wrong n all. Also no job security. If they want to remove you, they'll give any excuse n resign you.

I joined haptik in Jan 2024 as APM working under Abhishek Ahirrao and Madhan Mohan. In just span of 6 months I got to learn alot. Even my hiring process was very smooth when I joined HR team was very supportive and kind. Worth joining if you like to learn and grow.

It used to be great place to work but that is not the case anymore.

Recently, there has been 20% layoff in the company, that lead to terrible work life balance. now there expecting people to work on even weekend, Last year salary increment was very low 2-

Not sure why previous review was deleted. Haptik is really a fraud company. Do not believe in jio take over. You will not see any reliance standards in there. It has very low standards and cheap policies. They don't have proper vision on their openings. They just fill and vacate position as needed. Job security is very risky. Very low experienced people in management and try to misuse their positions. Very fraud company. Please don't join. You have to even fight for full and final settlement. They will try their best to delay or escape paying..very unethical in many ways.
