Management especially delivery Managers can understand the people pain and reality rather than only be client side and working only for client and having unrealistic expectations on the project team. Most of the project managers are always panic about client and pressurising the team.

Very dishonest management, HRs are rude. Assigned me to a different project than what i was hired for and when approached they were very rude about it. Please dont spoil ur career.

100%job security even on bench you get total pay. Work env depends on your manager. For me it was very good. Learning is always the project you get. And, your efforts in any service provider company. After 3yrs. approx people get promoted as module lead from. Senior Very Flexible work timings ✌

-Food can be much much better. Just give different home like simple food thali for state wise people. People will be more happy. I am from other state, so food here makes me malnutritioned if I donk cook myself. -increments are not much every year. But, it's true again in all service organization. -it's very good 5* good to join company. Enjoy.
