Management especially delivery Managers can understand the people pain and reality rather than only be client side and working only for client and having unrealistic expectations on the project team. Most of the project managers are always panic about client and pressurising the team.

I didn't like anything at all. They deployed me to a client PineLabs and they terminated without any prior notice and also didn't pay for the last month salary saying I was not deployed to any project in the last month. Worst experience of my career till now!

-Food can be much much better. Just give different home like simple food thali for state wise people. People will be more happy. I am from other state, so food here makes me malnutritioned if I donk cook myself. -increments are not much every year. But, it's true again in all service organization. -it's very good 5* good to join company. Enjoy.

This is only for Pimcore department, HR favours some people , no good salary, you get promotion and awards if you do Bootlickin* only. Worst technology you will learn nothing and you cannot change your tech stack, for that you have to switch company. So if you are getting into Pimcore department just switch the company if you want to grow in career. Other departments are good.
