... management is very bad .They promise a lot for everything but deliver nothing . They will convince you to give Variable pay as part of your CTC but will never give you a single Penney out of it .
They have very strict timings.
They will never give you any money for your Earned leave.
Especially HR policies are very bad.
There behaviour is also rude.
There is nothing to like about this company except salary timing

I joined this company on November 22nd. On 24 November 23, 98 people were suddenly fired from the company without any reason & Not given any notice period or any Compansation.
I would like to tell everyone that anyone should make a mistake and do not join this company. It's a rubbish company. There is no guarantee when someone will lose their job.
Company management is very bad, how they are fire 462 people in one single day without any notice period.
A 30-day notice period is served if the company exits, and the company does not take 1 day at the terminal.
Company treat our as a street Dog.😡😡😡😡
We will never forget the service we received from the company management.
compensation is decent, but growth is very poor. Weightage is given to Old employees who are not adaptable to new changes.
New recruitment is made to extract new techniques and thereafter they don't recognize them.
Overall a company with very poor ethics, Quality of work is never maintained. Poor Quality, With Corruption in work. Not a Good Place for Honest & Hardworking people. Good for corrupt people.
1. We have to work 12 hour per day all 7 days a week in site even a 1 single miss punch will results loss of pay
2. Leave policy is worst yearly we get only 4 holidays sorry holiday type but not holiday (example we get 4 nos in two of are goes to 26th jan and aug 15 where we can perform the flag hoisting and other is May 1st it’s holiday for site only but not in HO, here the game will play company on leave day HO represents visit the site
3. Here in HG there is more value for supporting staff compared other than technical staff example a store keeper has more rights to involve in our civil works and accounts department feel like they are GODs
4.HG will deployed their own machinery in highways they always depends on sub contractors who is directly contact to CMD in site they do not listen any including project head
5. Regarding sub contractor payment they will assure you 70% in 10th of every month 30% of 30th of every month which not happen in any month
6. We have to more than 3 times while working on sub contractor in HG
7. Food at site was given rating of 2 out of 5
8. Laision team should develop a strong at site
9 even some employees are working more than 5 years in highway department with out knowing how take levels with auto level company needs look into this
10. There is no provision for shelter for execution staff at site example we have to lunch on near by trees at site
Your work convert into a increment as well as diwali bonus. It's just like " Ek panth do kaaj ".
Apart of this company make a profit for fy-22-23. Review it
