Process need to be streamlined and need to ensure a proper job responsibilities for all employees.. Now the job responsibilities is just an add on burden to employees who is putting their heart and soul to work

...nd always remain unstable, as a result new policies are made every now and then. Further, in the name of cost cutting during Covid-19 pandemic, they fired lots of their employees and replaced them with the new management recommended ones.

I was working with Bangalore team . Full politics, and Managers do not value an individual, if he is performing good also. And the back end support is very bad. And south HR head who sits in Bangalore , he doesn't know the value of time, he will make everyone to wait for nothing. Same things doing with interview candidates also.

...ing through very difficult situation. But still we are being paid on time basis. Salary received as schedule day, not even a single day late ! Business ethics & morality is very good. Only few percent salary has been deducted to support the rest workers (under assistant manager posts). Hope we'll come back soon with full of potential. Take care. Stay safe.

Most of the people are not enthusiastic. It's like let it be what it's going. Need more support and supervision on junior management level. So that they can pull the car in upcoming days.
