The behavior of the manager here is not right. He does not even pay the salary on time. Or his work should be equal. The manager does not trust his employees. No matter how much work you do, people here still feel that you have done no work. They have not done this. They treat new joiners as if they are giving billions of rupees of business to the company.These people do not think that if there is a new joiner then he needs some time to get set up.They think in this way as if the new joiners are sheep and goats and they are the shepherds who drive them.

Access to top management including CEO, CMO and CFO Had the opportunity to work with CEO and CMO, both were amazing and smart people to work with

Dislikes

Appraisal and Salary structure should be justifiable and should make sense. I was leading their SEO efforts, yet underpaid.

In this company, every month is meeting and work culture is good and getting salary on time.

Dislikes

Team are not supportive, all older employee have a extra ego in there mind, they did not support new joiner and try to refuse there work when fresher need any help.

Worst working experience , not a employee centric company , worst management and HR , HR only follow Mr Aman Jain instructions who is the cmo of gyandhan and he doesn't even know how to treat employees

I would like to say that the company culture is very good and they also provide help in skill development

Dislikes

Salaries and incentives are very low compare to competitors companise and if you are on low profile job not IT or manager role than it will be very dificult to stay for long time
