I really love the organisation culture and the supporting management.

Dislikes

Benifits and the pay rate are very low compared with other firms. Also, we won't get expected Hike, and the HR policies are worst.

... Management is not aware of it and its fifficult for an individual to voice out. Salary is satisfying. Work life balance is well maintained.

Corporate politics. No job security. No respect to the hardwork. Bootlickers have more job security then hardworker.

The only good thing about the Gus education is shift timings and weekoffs. Salary will get credited on time. Apart from that nothing is good about this organisation.

...rking under them. Micro management at its peaks. Central HR is good for nothing. Finally if you want to work for salary, you can opt this. Don't expect any promotion or growth here. For every little thing they will issue warning letter so that they can skip hike for that particular year. Only leaders health will be considered and they can work from home. Normal agents will never get work from home option. You have to either work from office or loss of pay. Finally, don't opt this organisation if you want to work in peace or grow.

No promotions soon, always delay in Appraisal Incentives are paid less. No activities like games Hr Team is puppet of management and it does nothing good to employee. Management is not a mature management.

No promotions. No salary hike in promotions. No Indian or any other holidays. No job satisfaction. No encouragement or motivation to work. Worst company I worked for in my life.
