Guru Network is an excellent company to work with. To maintain a good work life balance is a challenge in today's corporate world. However, Guru Network have its own set of process to maintain balance. I like the fact that everyone gets chance to share their opinions and work together as a team. I like the working culture and the helping nature of all my peers despite being in different teams.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about this Company. However, providing some certification course would be helpful.

It gives space and respect to the employees and one can without any fear talk to the bosses if there is any personal emergency. The company treats employees with the utmost respect and trust them too. The HR here listens, understands, and responds timely with the correct resolution. The team is like a family here. So many activities take place for the betterment and well-being of the employees too.

Along with delivering work, you get good time to learn new technical skills and groom yourself as per market standard. Reviews and appraisals are done on time. Every release is well planned which helps in achieving day to day work without getting overloaded. Team members are very helpful.

The work life balance is the key factor here. No odd shifts. Pre-Corona as well, hybrid work was available. But post corona, we are have complete work from home. The company is concerned about employee health hazards. Management is supportive in terms of learning and exposure. The work culture is smooth. Its been great working so far.

Dislikes

Even though there are multiple opportunities for learning and exposure, however, the growth is not parallel. Also, increment can be better.

Guru Network Pvt Ltd is an amazing Company to work with. New ideas and innovations are always welcomed. The best part is the work culture and the management. I am happy to be a part of Guru network Pvt Ltd working with so many different people yet with the same enthusiasm and positivity to work together as a team.
