.... Delivery manager just come to office for their salary, rest it is explanatory. Salary package is low and no incentives. Most of the tenured staff has left and is now filling by fresh college people who have been hired at very low package. They give so much attention to cost cutting. It even lead to no guards and making the male employees take the last drop if there was a female staff. The male employee had to sign electronic consent. After a lot of unrest it was removed. But what an unhealthy environment to make male employees do that just to avoid the guards.

Likes

The company is employee centric in terms of letting them put there views and points forward. Our suggestions are valued. There are various activities that are being organized that encourages us to be in office, and have fun with out teams along with the work we do. Facility of cab which is provided is good one. The working environment is good which makes it great place to work.

Dislikes

... months time period eligibility criteria if reduced to 12 months would be great. Salary package offered is little low. If it is the same, so atleast one time meal during the shift hours can be offered by the campus.

...work on an average 10 hours daily instead 8 hours working as per company policy. People are not getting pay out pay extra 2 hours if someone denied or not able to do then company fired hime and put xyz resion.

A mid range Product based Insurance company, 150 years old with a very good work culture. I work in IT as they have various departments such as Operations and others. The portfolio which I am in is very good and as a Scrum Master, it's one the best companies to work with. Good work Life balance, 36 annual leave - one of the best in the industry, free cab facility and few other small benefits as well. You have complete freedom to implement your ideas, people are helpful and I can add a lot.

150 year product based with very good financial strength and Fortune 250. 1 - Yearly bonus can be added 2 - Less benefits compared to other product based 3 - Not much tax saving benefits 4 - Working hours -12pm to 9pm which can be tough for few

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
