Everything. Mentor, floor mate, management, salary, food court, insurance policy, everything is perfect, sometimes you may feel pressure but everyone come to help you if you ask for it. Some senior need to update themselves about the current technology! But over all it was a best place for me to work.

Career growth, Salary, Learning, Work Environment, Work-life balance, Satisfaction are the words for the imagination. these words are meant to be flatterers or the higher management. I was in EDI team but to be very precise, the work is to validate data which is similar to Customer Support / Data Entry Operator profile. In Guardian India, EDI is totally an Operations profile but internally they'he marked as IT so that they can fool others and hire them. In a similar way EDI manager (Mr. Rahul Paliwal) says that he's not an IT person has the designation as "Senior Delivery Manager - IT". This is all done to trap new hires and play with them.
