What I like the most about Gspann is , its cultural principles. The recognition employees receive and the abilty to to communicate openly with top leadership, where even the most junior staff are heard, are standout features. While HR policies could be enhanced, Gspann boasts a team of heighly skilled employees, managers, and Directors. However, a few individuals are tarnishing the company's reputation by engaging in favoritism and internal politics. Moreover, I like flexible working hours.

Dislikes

...vor of 4 day WFO policy, especially when managers still except 24/7 availabilty. the salary increases seem to be capped at 1-3 lakhs, rather than percentge-based. Which mainly benefits only freshers over experienced employees. It's crucial to hire the right people with proper vetting.

They create an open and inclusive environment, where team members feel comfortable sharing concerns and seeking advice. 4. Balanced work-life culture. 5. Commitment to growth: The Company offers plenty of opportunities for career development. 6. Focus on rewards and recognition: The finance head ensure that team members are recognized and rewarded for their hard work, skills, and contributions to the organization. 7. ...th certain behaviors can dislike the Company and the Finance team, including: 1. Those who seek salary from Company without contributing effectively. 2. Individuals who engage in office politics without accountability. 3. Employees who delegate their responsibilities to others while focusing on disruptive activities. 4. Team members who manipulate situations to encourage others to voice concerns on their behalf, while they remain in the background. 5. Those who create a hostile work environment by targeting colleagues, hindering their ability to perform effectively.
