Any ambitious person joining here will be gaining vast experience in the overall finance function in conceptualizing and implementing financial planning and management, procedures, controls, maintenance and finalization of books of accounts, working capital management, profitability monitoring, overall statutory compliances, capital restructuring, project implementation and many more work, over a period a time. Management and Collogues are very much co-operative and problem solving.

Dislikes

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my organization could improve is employee retention. Due to employee turnover i can feel the whole team's mood dip when we got to know that another person is leaving. Otherwise, its a great environment and i have enjoyed all the assignments and works.

The work environment of the company is competitive where you'll get opportunities to learn, grow and work as team. The work culture of the company is good and the colleagues here are helpful and friendly.

I was a person having CA firm background got an opportunity to work in all together a different company where i got to learn various aspects of Finance . Everyday is a learning day here.

I have been a part of this company since more than 6 years now. At the time of joining I was to complete my CA, this is when the company and my seniors really supported me for studies and new learning at work. With time I saw progress in my work learning as I was always supported by management at all levels. All the employees are given enough independence in work. Everyone is motivated to bring in their knowledge and expertise to take decisions of their work on their own. The management has motivated me always for doing assignments on my own and for this reason im handling a sizeable team with me. All employees are given good number of paid leaves in form of PL, CL and ML. The incentive structure in my department is very lucrative. The employees are motivated to earn good incentives every year.
