If you don't install the app, then Santosh has told employees with no hard feelings—this man has no heart—that you leave the company and go away. The app takes screenshots of your screen every now and then, and if you don't sit continuously for minutes, it will show no productive time. You need to sit like a robot in front of the laptop, Santosh, and the company does not care if your eyes strain or your spinal cord breaks. They just want to see you and micromanage you.
