I like the appraisal for giving bonus, incentives or perks to the hardworking candidate as per norms laid down by the company Our ongoing projects outside the country , and there staff working there get virtual helf for each and every perspective like ( visa, allowances for food, mobile etc ) That's why coordination of team member from senior person to junior person intellectual is good and healthy

India work .. work is fine you can learn many things..

Dislikes

Salary will not come on time .. almost 2months of salary will come on running month. Even you can't predict on which day . After having your work they will fire you even they don't need notice period. Think before joinning. They don't pay any thing on WFH.

Very less work, too much extra time and breaks

Very less work, No growth, Poor management, office politics, HR and Admin department being favored every time. HR manager keeps changing like 10 times a year, no permanent person to make decisions.
