On time Salary that's it nothing like that.

They are giving you the post of Area Sales manager but your working nature is as a frontline sales person. They don't provide any team. You have to do secondary and primary. Travel expenses are worst. They given lately payment. No support from seniors. They are shouting and shouting nothing else. No visit. Only one guy has handled full northeast area. No credit support. Only cash & Carry business. After sale service disaster. No tracking for open calls. Overall they are just Ignoring the northeast area. They are not aggressive in the Northeast market. Product is very good but no one wants to associate with the company strict policy.

... dormant. Company has got British rule, management team guys are coming..(going.) with hefty package, they couldn't do anything as they don't have budget, power then screwing the sales by removing all support......they are time passing to get the package, but company is going down....

Dislikes

If u are unemployed then join here, else dont join, spoil your career, life. Slavery people are enjoying, time passing, no increment, no growth, no motivation.

Nothing . Only salary and other expenses was on time. This is the only point was superb in that company other then this nothing was good.

Dislikes

Job surety, work culture, only politics politics politics. Nothing else. India's top level persons are making money only from groupe SEB. In that kind of conditions surely groupe SEB will take some decisions about Indian branch.

It's an MNC organisation and they are very loyal to his brand. Its products are so good.

Dislikes

In this organisation, some people are not working and his motto is make some politics.only because those people this organisation is not in stable position in an India basis.
