Good for Freshers as have ample scope for Learning, and can use the Brand as a Stepping ladder for career advancement

Dislikes

Indiscplined Team with no clear hierarchy Protocol maintained and poor HR . Not suggested for Senior position as highly politicised top management.

Likes

The overall culture is Good barring few Old staff members involved in drafting internal Politics and restricting Fresh Minds to show a new corporate path , although management recognizes the Fresh Ideas, HR need to be more strengthened and not to work as showroom Puppet.

Dislikes

The Protocols need to be designed in more professional and corporate manner and need to be Disciplined internally with strong Admin.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
