Filthy work politics are played . Team Leader only butters management to get promotion and increase salary . The US management is hopeless and lacks ability to run a company with inexperienced people . The attrition rate is very high as they do not know how to retain good employes . The Team Leader has played a filthy game and politics in cooperation with the newly appointed CCO and got terminated all the experienced guys including one of the Mananger from the company showing false reasons so that he can run the show alone and has turn the clinic to a call center with employees who support the Team Leader . The CEO of the company seems to have lost his authority and his ability to take or make any decision even after seeing injustice happening in the company . Two years back GRM Tech ( Savant Care Process) was a good project to work but currently the work environment is pathetic . I would not recommend anyone to this company and their work policy is use and throw .

I had joined Grmtech currently and so far it's going good as per working Environment is concerned . Update it later when I turn out to be an old sack while being on journey with them .
