Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Job security is always dependent on your performance but Grip always gives minimum two opportunities. Work culture is very goods but in after year closing made a strategic for another FY.. Management is excellent except for a couple.

I like Work environment.This job is only perferct for ITI qualification.

In this company career growth is very very slow.whatever your designation to start to work at last your position is same.Here nothing improvement about your career and also nothing available to growth your learning and knowledge skills.
