Even in the pandemic the company was providing complete salary, there was no deduction. The company provides the free transport facility. Employees in the company are very friendly. Training was provided to freshers. Sports and picnics are organized yearly. Many activities are held like diwali celebration ,christmas celebration. Along with sage x3, we have learned different technologies like java bridge, node.js etc.

Dislikes

We need overtime if we will work more than the office time.

Working from 5 years in Sage and Greytrix, really happy to work with this companies. Managers and team leaders are so supportive and in this pandemic time no salaries are deducted. Company celebrated festival's and enjoys every movement. Also provides facilities like travelling and provides other products training like sage 100 product and X3. Managers and Team collogues are so supportive and helpful.

Need time flexible and didn't get compensation for overtime.

Freshers get to learn a lot. All those with management are very helpful. Talking about salary , they have very good pay structure and the salary is on time. Also, we get to learn new language i.e (.NET, MVC, Knockout Js, Node Red, .NET Core and Jquery) and technologies. We have interaction with clients via Calls, Mail writing etc ,this helps us to improve our communication skills. Team members are very helpful and the office environment is quiet friendly.

...so very supportive. Especially during the covid period company has supported us. There were no salary deduction or delay in salary processing. Good support from seniors and managements.

Timings are fixed. Also causal leaves are deducted even if we are late. No overtime compensation not provided.

Work environment and culture is very nice and friendly. During the pandemic also no salary deduction was done. Good exposure for learning cloud ERP like Sage Intacct. Proper training is given to freshers. Sports are organized yearly to motivate employees. Other activities like cubicle decoration in diwali and ganpati festivals are arranged.

Compensation for extra work hours should be given. Would like to work on new technologies.
