Politics by project managers, uncultured way of behaviors Favoritism and bonus for employees who is highly experienced for more 5 & 10 years Repeated mental torture by the project managers No help from your colleague from the same team. .... No idea about wat happens in industry. No serious production happens. So pity. "Top"level employees get their salary every month and ask others to do foolish things and no new project agreed in my time there.

Working environment was allright,had quarterly team out.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and backstabbing,management will not give any value to the employees opinions and biased when it comes to their favourite employees.
