... he use this phrase ,every one hour he use to tell this sentence to entire team.Very irritating,As if he is paying salary from his pocket.He never respect women and girls.Working at grey tip became like a trauma,became like painful Memory..after that I decided not to work in any organization cos it become trauma.Then I thought to start business.But I never speak rudely with my workers.Thank you universe ,because of managers I cannot blame entire company...Grey tip company is good.CEO of the company is very nice person.

Likes

Main things that stand out under engineering department are work culture ,people and atmosphere. Everyone are very approachable across the hierarchy. An individuals voice is valued, heard and acted upon. A lot of freedom is given to explore different technologies, express different views and be part of decision making. Here the leaders are so transparent and approachable that it trickles down and creates a better work environment for everyone.

Not much to mention here. Better competitive salary is the only thing and at the same time its not like its too bad also.

...ffair with his own subordinate that he does not have time to listen your appeal. They deduct your salary for nothing and then give lame reasons. The list is too long If you like flattery please do join the company you will get god hike but will have to do little of slavery apart from your work.
