During CORONA period work from home allowed and there's no reduction in employee benefits; Even bonus was paid inspite of no work for several months. Truly impressed by the first generation entrepreneurs, Shri Ail and Shri Mahes.

Too much HOD oriented, which may play havoc sometimes. The 4 stars mostly pertain to the work culture of the HOD. Otherwise, the company is a 5 star company.

When I joined they didn't told that u need to travel but no information about it all of sudden they told me to go on site which not mentioned in JD. No training about field job. They told something while recruiting They giving different tasks which not told in interview. Worst department politics. I'm surving for my family otherwise

unfair practices : biased behaviour. most of the employees are relatives of management who are treated with good facilities and pay package. appraisals are delayed for more than 2 years No appraisal practice for relatives - they simply get increments
