From tip to toe ; The HR head is pathetic The Policies are pathetic The environment is terribly hostile Work management is 0, no learning, no exposure, no growth Team leaders are just there so that they can earn higher salary no such help is provided from the Team leader Personal targets are done and if you cannot shut the mouth of the pathetic hr she will definitely down grade you and your character even though she herself is a woman, she can't stand a woman in the organisation, pathteic liar and a hypocrite. Also, 0 job security, unsure people in the team, outside the team. Don't even think of joining the firm because then your mental peace will be dead for real.

Great places for professional growth and work life balance. My Experience in Green Apex was largely positive. HR teams are very supportive. Leadership is Approachable and transparent.They value feedback and interested in improving processes and policies.

no dislike I found except sometimes salary are credited after 10th of every month.

Salary we are receiving almost 15 days late Completely stop development of JAVA and moved all java developers out of the company very smoothly If company is really growing why the development team of JAVA was stopped Why company can't bring the projects in java The base of company was only two heavy projects (where are those projects)

There is open door policies, sometimes i can say My company is facing such bad time but even in that durations company is more trasferent and understanding of Employee side situations and following all the possible aspects of Employees Career
