Nothing great about SLIEM, its not a company, neither it has any HR Structure, HR Policy, the company does not follow any hierarchy structure. Its a one man show type of culture, hire and fire concept. they can fire anyone any point of time without showing any valid reason, also by not paying his dues. There are hundred of examples, till the time company is reaping benifits from a employee is ok, once finished, they will show the exit door. Most unprofessional place to work,

Dislikes

work culture, compensation, back politics, spying on employees, not trusting anyone, there is no professional work culture, company looks for options how to humiliate you and deduct an employee's salary. Always wrong commitments from the company side relatinig to apprisal, promotion etc.

Facilities for staff: Transportation, Food, Temporary lodging, Leaves and timings

...cies for violations, including labelling employees based on their native origin. The payroll team needs to improve the salary processing without errors. A notice period of 90 days is strictly followed, and during hiring, HR and Team heads will try to convince that it can be taken care of, but neither of them will take any responsibility at the time of need. So be prepared to pay gross salary should you fail to serve the 90-day notice period after probation.

Senior Management, job security,teammates,work environment, facilities and all such things are excellent. You will feel like a family here.

Dislikes

... that u get is also super occupied with office work, so there's no off at all. This is such a turn off, that not because of low salary hikes but because of no weekend offs, old employees are leaving. Otherwise it was always a perfect place to work at !

Management is so impatient and there is lot of favouritism among employees. They will make new employees always outsiders. Management is not at all supportive and play blame games.

I have an wonderful team players who supports each other in any situation, basically after i joined here in great learning i myself improved a lot, job is secured we will be having continues projects to work on, good career growth, like i joined 1 year ago my salary is not enough its all depends on us like how we are working,appraisal will be for every year this coming October is my first appraisal cycle will see how it goes, no politics in our office, more over educational based company, work environment is awesome because we are from editing team we have a studio its an awesome place for working, finally i'm in love with great learning by enjoying the with my work.
