Nothing great about SLIEM, its not a company, neither it has any HR Structure, HR Policy, the company does not follow any hierarchy structure. Its a one man show type of culture, hire and fire concept. they can fire anyone any point of time without showing any valid reason, also by not paying his dues. work culture, compensation, back politics, spying on employees, not trusting anyone, there is no professional work culture, company looks for options how to humiliate you and deduct an employee's salary. Always wrong commitments from the company side relatinig to apprisal, promotion etc.
