Nothing great about SLIEM, its not a company, neither it has any HR Structure, HR Policy, the company does not follow any hierarchy structure. Its a one man show type of culture, hire and fire concept. they can fire anyone any point of time without showing any valid reason, also by not paying his dues. The CCS Team is the only alien team in the entire Gurgaon institution. Team members, particularly from CRP, cannot fraternise with an academic team or any other department. Unprofessional comments and irritable reactions will be evident should any team member speak with other departments. No clear work guidelines are given, and they are often screamed at for not thinking about what the boss may not like. The boss sets no clear training or KPI. Politically incorrect statements reflecting slurs on South Indians can often be heard in team huddles, with no boundaries on personal issues. The boss can question team members' plans to have a second child in-office meetings. Highly unprofessional and extremely compulsive to keep things in a specific order. HR and Top management must inculcate DEI training for team heads and make clear policies for violations, including labelling employees based on their native origin<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The payroll team needs to improve the salary processing without errors</mark>. A notice period of 90 days is strictly followed, and during hiring, HR and Team heads will try to convince that it can be taken care of, but neither of them will take any responsibility at the time of need.
