Nothing to appreciate Only salary will be given on time

Dislikes

HR process are not ethical. They not allowed females to leave office on time. They deducted half day if came 1 min late Company don’t more have facilities with the view of employee’s satisfaction Work was not assign as per given KRA at the time of joining

They have all the policies which can penalise the employee. No flexible timings if you don't punch at 9.00 am even at 9.01 it's a half-day. They have a sandwich leave policy regular one plus an advanced one suppose you go on leave on Monday and come back on the following Monday they will deduct your Sunday of last week. They deducted salaries of employees 30 % in Covid in a full day of working, in the case of WFH flat 20% deduction and there is an Excel sheet to fill each, and every minute of the work done. Management is buying luxury cars and doing FDS in banks parallel. You get 7.5 leaves every quarter. They say u will get alternate Saturdays off on the 1st and 3rd but the 5th is working. They have great travel policies if you travel and take ur own car, they will deduct your 100Kms money.

Job Timing, that's it.

Dislikes

Management Decisions are delayed and no Growth. Huge Pay cuts during Covid and Post Covid Minimal Increment. Work has to be done which is out of your JD & KRA. The head of Departments are Generally non Technical and Aged.

Dislikes

Salary is not up to the mark Hr dosent listen to you resolve your queries. Lots of work pressure Work life balance is not at all good
