Working environment, Compensation and Benefit, Policies and employee recognition is excellent in the company. Anyone can raise any issue related employee benefit, business and operational issues and employees are free to advise. Many of the platforms are in place for generation of Ideas. During COVID'19 the Management has been taken the following steps to protect our employees from COVID'19 and implementing across all the units of Granules India Limited: * First and Foremost (Well in advance to the Hon'ble Prime Minister's call for Lock down) create an essential Group by Our Executive Director with senior team leaders for awareness Campaign and issuing certain Directions from time to time. * Our CMD and Executive Directors personally taking care and making awareness and motivational video's and audio's on daily Basis and circulating to all employees. * Visual Displays of awareness of COVID'19 are playing in all units. * Being a Life saving Drugs Manufacturing industry it is necessary to operate the industry to the noble cause and operating the industry by taking all precautionary measures. * For maintaining Social distance and reducing the crowd on the roads we have been maintaining 12 hrs Schedules instead of 8 hrs and every third day employee will get compensatory off. * In addition to that employee will get monetary benefit for extending their support for making life saving Drugs. * Increased the transportation facility to employees for maintaining the Social distance. * For ensuring the sanitation and Hygiene we have requested our Vendor and preparing the food in our internal facility only. * We are allowing only two people for each dining table instead of Six and extended the Lunch hours. * Continuing the employees Health Surveillance on daily basis for ensuring temperature, cold, cough and sneezing etc. If any employee found with the symptoms we are being advised for personal medicare and sanitizers provided in all locations and transportation Vehicles.
