If you’re unlucky you would be assigned under Komal Agarwal and Gayathri Rajendiran. They both are the worst managers i’ve ever seen. They are too toxic, micro managing and can destroy your mental piece.

Dislikes

Team manager Gayathri Rajendiran is a 👿. She has few people in the team who would work as spy and create trouble for you. Seniors can logout after the shift over, but juniors will have to extend the shift. This could be couple of hours stretch. No over time. Even if you do any mistakes in your work, they would ask you fix that after you shift time. They will call you anytime and ask you to fix it. Even if you're sleeping in the midnight. Even they wouldn't give you any notice and straightly ask you not to login and after that they would tell you find another job.

Likes

Flexibility, work-life-balance, benefits program, professional co-workers, reasonable leadership, invested in employee engagement programs, company gives more important to retention than Recruitment.

Dislikes

A few bad apples have either been hired or promoted to mid-level management. I believe it could have been avoided. These bad apples at times spoil the environment. But definitely pros outweigh the cons disproportionately.
