There is no work-life balance, no proper week off, No management support when you need them. Once I need my manager to join a call to discuss a problem but they were not available

One of the best company that I’ve ever worked . I’m very privileged to work at GP strategies. They create a lot of learning space and I must say GP played a major role in my career where I’ve learned many things and improved my technical knowledge. I’m super happy to be a part on this wonderful journey and exciting to see more achievement’s.

In India the management is very poor I joined it for Lucknow location but they sent me to pune without my consent, And they didn't give me my expenses like food and lodging, when I raised the issue they said that you can leave the company we have extra men power.
