...nt also pathetic. Your PF must be deducted but not submitted in your PF account. Last month pay slip.. Pay slip 😂. And unnecessary work pressure. Every Friday thay have treated you as a fermer. I have been hired as Google Ads Specialist . After an experience of 2.5 years I wasn't expecting a good digital marketing company with good infrastructure in Kolkata and with a good salary package. Starting from HRs , Team Leader, Manager , who owns the company and the colleagues , each and everyone of them values each employee , treats everyone equally and give opportunities to us to experiment on our work culture. Another good thing in Kolkata with this good salary package and getting it on time was unexpected. One of the best company I am working with .

Coworkers are very helpful & salary is on time. Nothing much as good

Dislikes

Manager & TL is non-skilled person. Very bad behaviour to employees. He can't handle client that's why he miss behave with employee. TL is very bad. He doesn't know how to manage team. He only help girls.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
