I have been hired as Google Ads Specialist . After an experience of 2.5 years I wasn't expecting a good digital marketing company with good infrastructure in Kolkata and with a good salary package. Starting from HRs , Team Leader, Manager , who owns the company and the colleagues , each and everyone of them values each employee , treats everyone equally and give opportunities to us to experiment on our work culture. Manager & TL is non-skilled person. Very bad behaviour to employees. He can't handle client that's why he miss behave with employee. TL is very bad. He doesn't know how to manage team. He only help girls.
