The team leader, Ayan, is known for flirting with every new female hire, and this behavior is widely acknowledged but ignored. It creates an uncomfortable work environment where favoritism is obvious. For male employees, the experience is quite the opposite. Instead of support and guidance, they are treated with a "slave-like" attitude, receiving little to no help from the TL.
