...en though it's a hostel, the management is trying to make it too much corporate. There are salary issues at all times. The HR team is basically a joke. Being a GRE, i would often have to do lift maintenance and plumbing works. Neither would I get paid for that, nor would I get praised. You'll be under a lot of pressure for completing tasks which aren't yours

Everything. No work culture no professional management. Never appreciate their employees for hard work. Company owner is working for only money
