...ow you manage it yourself. If you’re organized, you can maintain a good balance. The salary is average but competitive compared to other hotels. There’s also room for growth, as the organization offers promotions and salary hikes based on performance, which is a definite perk. The guests and crowd vary depending on the location, but they are generally pleasant. The company encourages staff to interact with guests and gather feedback through various OTAs, which is a great opportunity for personal and professional development. Lastly, your experience with colleagues depends on the relationships you build. A positive rapport with your team can make the workplace enjoyable. Overall, my experience was positive, and I appreciated the opportunities to grow and learn in this role.

One significant area of improvement for the organization is employee training. While they have designated training periods, the focus is primarily on explaining policies rather than preparing staff for real-time operations. Much of the learning happens on the job, which can be overwhelming for newcomers. The workload is also intense, with numerous reports requiring attention to minor details, which can be time-consuming and demanding. Another concern is the behavior of new managers. From what I have observed and heard, some new managers tend to favor only a select group of employees while treating others unfairly. This has led to dissatisfaction among staff, resulting in many resignations. It’s an issue the company must address, as losing skilled employees over managerial biases can harm the organization in the long run. There’s also a need for improvement in customer service. The company should focus on catering to current customer preferences and needs rather than solely prioritizing its long-term goals. Proper training programs should be implemented to equip employees for operational challenges. Additionally, the hiring process needs to be stricter to ensure only capable and dedicated individuals are brought on board. Lastly, the organization would benefit from introducing employee perks and benefits to improve morale and retain talent. In summary, while there are strengths within the company, addressing these issues could significantly enhance both employee satisfaction and customer service quality.

It is a investment based startup not good for Ground operations, they prefer and give benefits and importance to Head Office staff. Also HR team is pathetic, not sufficient enough to hire staff, HR team promise you all things while interview and joining but truth is you will get nothing no employee benefits, Also this may happen that later they will say by mistake we offered you this salary now its your call if you have to work or leave.

They treat their staff like a garbage, they just want to there staff as much as possible at a very minimal package also if you do not notice you will not even get you PF transferred. HR seems to know nothing about HR policies they just took a random street guy and gave him a position of HR. There is no proper policies for anything...
