...en though it's a hostel, the management is trying to make it too much corporate. There are salary issues at all times. The HR team is basically a joke. Being a GRE, i would often have to do lift maintenance and plumbing works. Neither would I get paid for that, nor would I get praised. You'll be under a lot of pressure for completing tasks which aren't yours

No Professionalism, They expect you not to have any personal life apart from work, People are quitting often because of toxic office politics. No work from home or any other benefits that they claim to provide.

The worsted company i have ever been in my whole career guys who are goona joining in this company there do plan a back up, this company it alot of politics going in its they treated the new joining as their slave and you will never have good chance to growth and it put alot of pressurized to those who are in the ground operation and the team that i was been was not at all a help full and support...
