...en though it's a hostel, the management is trying to make it too much corporate. There are salary issues at all times. The HR team is basically a joke. Being a GRE, i would often have to do lift maintenance and plumbing works. Neither would I get paid for that, nor would I get praised. You'll be under a lot of pressure for completing tasks which aren't yours

...r of CEO or your senior they say only one thing “left our company immediately “. Deduct your over time , deduct your salary amount if any F&b material expired . They only gave you far locations

No Professionalism, They expect you not to have any personal life apart from work, People are quitting often because of toxic office politics. No work from home or any other benefits that they claim to provide.
